A Different Type of Organization,,

There are a few types of business formations, such as
a simplistic sole proprietorship, a partnership, and of course,
a corporation. I would like to start a non-profit organization.

I have an idea for an organization that would be a non-profit organization, that would be called “No More Child Abuse”. I have researched the methods you would use to form a non-profit
organization.

There are several basic requirements, and actually forming a corporation per se, is the first requirement. Other requirements are to choose Founding Board members, and according to state, and federal law, the organization has to be accepted as tax exempt, under federal, and state laws.

Aside, from all the other things to be considered, actually having an idea what the organization will actually do,,
is an important consideration,
